Shipping Information

We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for shipping for standard items that fall in the INVENTORY or US Distributor ranges. In some cases you may qualify for free shipping if you happen to have a coupon code. Please note that free shipping does not apply to Customs/Import Fees that are ascertained on IMPORTED items. If you have questions on how shipping charges for imported items is calculated, please feel free to contact us.

Luxury has been predominantly defined by those reputed to design in locations such as France, Italy, and Switzerland. As such it would make sense that Deluxurious has worked vigorously to generate a relationship with distributors in such locations to ensure that the products we receive are of the highest quality and legitimate. This being the case, some of our distributors are located in foreign countries in Europe. Due to this, we face the peeve of having to deal with Customs in relation to incoming shipments regarding products that our distribution partners have available. We make these products available to you to provide a wider selection with the chance that you might be able to locate a piece that truly resonates with you or that you love wholeheartedly. However, this being the case, in some instances those products may need to be imported from a foreign partner. It is important that you understand the guidelines in regard to IMPORTED items. Please read below:

Deluxurious has implemented a product source tag that is displayed on product pages. This will help you to understand the time it will take for a product to arrive after being ordered.

INVENTORY: Inventory items are on hand at the moment and will have the fastest shipping. Typically we send out inventory items the day the item is ordered if it is made before 3PM CST. If the order is made after, it will be sent the next day with standard 3 day shipping. (Items valued over $650 will be sent with a signature requirement). (3 Days)

US DISTRIBUTOR: This is an item that will be sent directly from a distributor or once it arrives if they do not ship direct. This means it could take up to 4 days for it arrive to us to be sent to you. If this is the case you may incur a wait time of 7-12 days for your product to arrive. (1-2 week(s))

EU DISTRIBUTOR: This is an item that is available from an international distributor. This means it can take up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Also be aware that imported items have to pass through US Customs which in some cases may require additional time to pass through. (<2 Weeks) (Orders exceeding >$800.00 value may be subject to import & customs fees. Please be aware of this when placing orders for high value items.)

IMPORTED: Imported is an item that is put through a validation process prior to arriving. This means that the item is directly sent from a European distribution partner. The item is then sent for authentication by a third-party service. Once the item is confirmed to be authentic, the item will then be sent to us. Once we receive it the item will be sent to you. Please keep in mind:

  • This process can take quite a while and is not recommended for items that are needed immediately, however this is one of the most secure formats of ordering and is typically utilized for brands like Louis Vuitton and Chanel.
  • Expected wait time for shipping is 1 month. (Orders exceeding >$800.00 value may be subject to import & customs fees. Please be aware of this when placing orders for high value items)
  • If your item is subject to Customs Fees, you will notice a higher shipping cost at the time of purchase that will be the equivalent of the percentage of the item’s value that is currently active. Please be aware of this when ordering.
  • For items that are imported, we will provide periodic updates to keep you in the loop about the status of your item and to let you know that we are still actively monitoring and awaiting/handling the item. You will receive a tracking number once the item has made it to us and we ship it out.
